Why doesn't someone come up with a non-ugly mapping for using
non-apl terminals?  The key is to realize that modern terminals
have two cases of letters and APL has only one.  I would like
to be able to write:

	A := 3 3 rho iota 9

which is (almost) unambiguous and easy to read too...
