All vc and vcalc users out there that don't have release 1.9 yet,
send me mail so you can get your (free) upgrade! There are some
new nifties. Also, 3B20 users can get releases effective 20-Apr.

Now, for everyone, what are your feelings about announcements like
this going out on the net? It seems to us that this might be a good
way to let people know about product changes and such, but we don't
want to bring down charges of crass commercialism upon our heads!
