A/D for an Apple II?

Request for information about an A/D converter
for an Apple II microcomputer.

I have been asked for advice about an A/D converter
that will work on a 48K Apple II and is able to sample
at a maximun rate of 20K.  The paticular application
would work best with a 16 bit A/D but it might be
possible to make an 8 bit A/D work.

I have used the Mountain Hardware A/D card, but it is
too slow for this application.

I would appreciate any informatin on an A/D card or device
that would be able to meet the above specifications.
