Pacman Fever strikes again
Some changes I made a while ago to the UNIX pacman (it was a slow day!):

	1) displaying the bonus for eating a monster or treasure
	2) fixes to make pacman run under 2.8bsd as well as 4.1bsd
	3) leaving the cursor at the bottom of the screen upon exit
