vi 'ab' command bug
	Words defined using the 'ab' command are expanded in both
	input and command modes of vi.  Thus, for example, if you
	say

		:ab q Qume Corp

	and later say

		:q!

	then this is translated to

		:Qume Corp!

	leading to an error message.  This may be considered a bug
	or a feature depending on your point of view.  I would like
	vi changed so expansions only happen in insert mode.
