Foreign command line

This is really a crock but if you get the command line with CLI, the program
name is there, before the pointer returned to you.  I.e. it looks something
like this

      UMENU FOO FIE
            ^
            Your pointer.

Just back up the pointer to the first non-alphabetic character (usually a
rubout it seems). I do
