disk follies continue
We are back up after another session of trouble with the disk.  *Alas*,
we are not back up because we cured it, we are back up because it sort
of stopped of its own accord.  ARGH!  We are running with a different
controller, a loaner from Terabit, to see if that makes a difference
to anything.

PS Our floating-point processor and our modem are here;  stay tuned.
