	Now I don't want to start any rumors, but I did, in fact, hear
of several cases of net.misc subscribers submitting articles about
precognition even BEFORE being asked to.  These cases of "pre-submission",
mostly from California, are reportedly being covered up. Anyone, except
the most narrow-minded of the so-called "skeptics" out there should
at least consider this a phenomena worthy of some research.  I myself
have a theory to explain the phenomenon.  It involves terminal cathode
ray tubes, the instantaneous change of position state for electrons,
and various hitherto unexplored regions of the brain.....
