NEWSBOX feature in 2.6 news

It has just been pointed out that a change to the save article feature
in 2.6 was not documented.  The save command now saves it in the file
"Articles" in your home directory, not the current directory.  If you
want it saved elsewhere, make a directory and setenv NEWSBOX in your
environment to the name of this directory.
