DQS-11 Driver for 4.1bsd?

Anybody have a DQS-11 Driver for 4.1bsd?  Failing that, does anyone
have a 4.1bsd driver for any functionally equivalent DMA device?

We expect to be getting a package that uses DUP-11 and would like
to use the faster DMA interface, without having to write a driver.
