Announcing net.cms
Well, the votes are in and it seems like there is enough interest
to try a net.cms newsgroup.  There was only one negative comment,
and I don't know if it was facetious or not.  Here it is:

        I can't see why a network of Unix machines should
        pay to broadcast news items on cms.
        Why not just start a mailing list?

This seems like a scarey attitude.  If you don't think so, do an
"ls" on /usr/spool/news and figure the percentage of groups that
discuss things even remotely related to UNIX!  At least this a 
group which may help people do good work...
