The reason that the moderators of fa.sf-lovers (and many of the ARPA
digests that gateway through Berkeley) have stopped sending them to
the USENET is that Berkeley has stopped sending articles from USENET
to ARPANET, but not vice-versa.  However, in response, the digests
were cut-off by the moderators.
