SRI serial line file transfer protocol

I have the source code for the MicroNet Executive if that would help.
The code does indicate the protocol used.  It's called BUFEXC.ASM and
has been released to the CP/M community with the understanding that it
shall remain the property of CompuServe and any changes and
improvements shall be returned to them for possible inclusion in
future releases.  I will upload this to MC and leave pointers to the
file.

   I have just signed up for MicroNet.  They have a very active and
fast growing CP/M special interest group on there and **(here's the
clincher)*** they now have  MicroSoft, MicroPro, Digital Research, and
Lifeboat Associates on-line!  At last: a way to send direct feedback
to the vendors!
