Regarding the plea for net.psi:  What the heck IS net.misc for?
Should one start a new newsgroup merely because there's a temporary
increase in traffic on a topic?  Besides, if an article has PSI in
it title and one is not interested, one can merely reply "n" to
the news program's "More?" query.
