In a related issue to laws about what you can watch,  In a test case in the
supreme court it has been declared illegal to broadcast live radio in a store
(this particular case it was The GAP) as a source of free musac. Does
anybody have any idea who brought the case to court? It would seem to me
that a station and its sponsors would love to have their program broadcast
to such an audience.
