holey obligations
A fellow employee just came by with the annual US savings bond drive
pitch.  This request has nothing to do with whether or not to buy savings
bonds.  Here's my dilemma:  The piece of paper I filled out and signed was
a well punched Hollerith card.  It was somewhat difficult to read the
instructions and terms, because the card was laced with holes.  What does
the Law say about the validity of an agreement (or whatever you call what
it was that I signed) where the text is half punched out?
