I am not an implementor, but a proponent.

Unfortunately I don't know which item you're referring to, but I suspect it's
the one that I accidently produced when I was testing.  That note
was immediately followed by another with a subject.

As to whom should get their act together,
there has to be some cooperation between the various interfaces.
That will come when things progress.

Your observations are correct, although your reaction is out of line.
