bug in scatter
	There is a bug in the program "Scatter" that was sent on the net
awhile ago. The time function is called incorrectly to calculate the random 
seed. The fix involves passing the address of the variable "t" instead of 
the value.

	change "time(t)" to "time(&t)"

This program generates several errors from lint, but it seems hardly
worth my effort to clean it up.
