Think of the reliability and *productivity* to be gained! In order to program "csh" I would just have to find its go:del number in my current issue of "Go:del's Guide". There seems to be a great savings in transmission times of sources over the net. I can transmit 9776756657543300815 instead of the entire text of a program (By the way that is the go:del number of rogue version 5.2). The possibilities are enormous. There would be no issues of portability since (once a common encoding/decoding function is agreed upon (say an ANSI standard)) we could just exchange the go:del numbers of programs and have them work on any machine.
