Constructive Criticism beats the heck out of bitching

To those of you who don't like notesfiles' headers:

	Please remember that notesfiles was written back when (or
	maybe before?) "A" news was the only thing around.  Thus,
	since "A" and "B" are not entirely compatible, Ray Essick
	has had to re-write those functions which interface the
	two programs.

	This interfacing obviously needs some testing, and the net
	is probably the easiest and best way to test them.  I'm
	sure that eventually the header problem will be worked out,
	and then things will be great.  

	Perhaps people can make some CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms of the
	notesfiles, and send them to Ray (uiucdcs!essick), rather
	than just bitching because of a few spurious characters at
	the beginning of a file.
