	We have a newsgroup called net.video here, created
in Feb and having 1 message. Perhaps that would be better
for this discussion? I am concerned because there is an
arpanet home satellite list which would be interested, but
to be gatewayed it needs its own newsgroup.
	Re the actual discussion, my opinion is that if I had
enough money to make it an easy purchase Id get a dish.
Unencrypted stuff will be there for some time, either because
of commercial interest in TVRO viewers or because getting
crypto boxes installed at all (existing) recievers may be
difficult (all legit receivers that is). 
	Besides, even if they all get encrypted you can help
with the private SETI effort!
