Uucp and news to Berkeley.
The Berknet network at Berkeley is in the process of being rearranged
slightly.  However, our uucp site "ucbvax" does not have a Berknet line
to the ARPAVAX anymore.  It currently must go through another machine.
At this time, "ucbvax" and this other machine are not talking to each
other.  Until this problem is resolved, any mail sent to the Kim,
ARPAVAX, and ucbc70 machines at Berkeley or any mail sent to the
Arpanet through UCB-C70 will just add to our growing Berknet queues.
Therefore, please do not send anything unnecessary until the problem is
fixed.
