Berkeley's Berknet problem resolved.
The Berknet problem at Berkeley mentioned earlier has been resolved.
Hence, all uucp itmes for the Kim, ARPAVAX, and ucbc70 machines as well
as the Arpanet are currently being forwarded.  There will be further
changes to the Berknet in the coming week, but no problem should
occur.
