uuxqt timeout adjusted
Readjusted the timeout on uuxqt to allow for 1200-baud daily polling;
the reasonable running time now is much shorter and the 24-hour limit
before breaking the lock and starting another is no longer appropriate.
This (almost) reverses an earlier local change;  the times are still
a bit longer than the ones uuxqt came with.
