Looking for a recipe from the Chinese Menu Cookbook
I have looked in vain for one of the two cookbooks of this name. The one
that I am looking for was written by a woman named Joanna Hush or something
like that (the other one is a very small cookbook and didn't seem to be
worth too much). Anyway, what I would really like is a recipe from it
for something called Peking Beef. A friend of mine made for me once
(he's out of touch with me now) and it was great. Lots of scallions,
and a hoisin sauce marinade, I believe. Does anyone have this
