Termcap entry for TTY 40/4
	I saw one once, but I don't have the foggiest idea of where.
I'm sure that it would be a b**ch to write one, even if I had the
info on what the terminal wants or expects.
	Please mail replies to me,   any info on what the terminal
needs to do cursoring and what ever will be accepted in lieu of
a real termcap entry.  I'll summarize and post the responses. Also
(if I get one) I'll post the termcap entry and send it to Mark Horton
for keeping.

BTW to M.Horton: maybe we can have termcap and/or curses put out on
net.sources sometime soon?
