This is in reference to uux returning rnews execution status

Putting a special case for each command you don't want status on
in uuxqt is not an acceptable solution to this problem.  What is needed
is a mechanism to allow status to be sent or not sent from a uux 
via an option.  I've gotten lots of complaints about this from many
people who are uucp hackers themselves.  When someone fixes it "right"
I'll be happy to adopt it.
