Knocking the IBM is okay by me, but I don't believe you should include
the absence of a meta key in the same category of condemnation.  I know
of very few terminals which do have such a key.  Might I recommend that
terminals which do have a meta key be flagged positively as such, but
terminals which do not have a meta key be the subject of neutral comments.
