 idle job killer
Idle jobs may also have open files, which on a small machine trying
to look at a lot of users, can be precious. I found that on an 11/34
trying to squeeze a lot of drivers in my kernel left me insufficient
space for FILEs in an envrionment where typical processes have 3-4
files open.  Kernel overlay and UCBUF mods might alleviate all this.
