NET.general is not the appropriate place for BLFP.  There has been
discussion of putting it on usenet for some time, and it hasn't
happened, largely because there are many people who get BLFP who are
stuck on machines that the administration won't run netnews.

While I would like to see BLFP go on usenet, a little planning
and cooperation between the people involved (Joe Steffen and myself)
first might be a good idea.
