22-bit addressing on 18-bit 11's

ABLE just announced a thing called ENABLE-34 which does exactly what you
want for 11/34's.  The only problem is that for several subtle reasons
it can't handle split-id.  You can take up the problem, however, with
Ken Omohundra at ABLE (head bus wizard).  If there is enough interest,
and I suspect there is, they might well make it work for 45's.
