Administrivia - Distribution problems

This is the first set of messages to be distributed to WorkS since
Thursday morning.  Early Thursday evening, the air conditioners
serving our computers failed.  Our computers were forced to shut
down from Thursday evening until Friday evening.  Now that we are
back up and operating normally, we will resume publication.  Thank
you for your patience and for your inquiries.
