Replay not new?  Although we didn't do it at the keystroke level,
but at the line level, this is the technique we used to handle
crashes in a banking transaction system in 1966, and my boss
thought it "common knowledge" then!  Going to keystroke level
is the obvious generalization if you're not on half-duplex...
