fakemx moved
Moved the "fakemx" driver from /usr/sys/sys to /usr/sys/dev where it
belongs.  Pure reorganization, no visible changes (not that fakemx
is particularly visible...).  Also dropped a new version (well, a
newer version) of mx1.c and mx2.c into the dev directory;  sort of
irrelevant since we don't run the multiplex driver, but might as
well have the latest in case we ever get brave enough to try.
