We now have semi-regular Usenet communications with the CSRG 50.  It is
known as "utcsrg".  The connection is at 2400 baud via our high-speed
line, so file transfers and the like really clip along.  The connect
schedule is slightly irregular (although frequent) now;  as soon as CSRG
gives us the OK to occupy a 50 port more-or-less permanently, the
connection will be made effectively continuous.

Alas, nothing similar is available for the 45 at this time, since it is
still running V6 and V6 cannot run uucp.
