state of the Unix
The move to 507 is more-or-less complete.  The speed was amazing;  we
had Unix up and running less than 6 hours after starting the move.
Credit is due mostly to the various movers (both the paid moving crew
and the volunteer helpers, notably David Trueman) and to a good dose
of luck.

The new quarters are cramped but livable;  the only annoyance is that
the cooling in 507 seems not entirely adequate.  We already have a
substantial number of loaned "public" terminals, and more coming.
Bell is still being slow about our dial-in lines, though.
