rnews improved
The rnews shellfile, used for news transmission from the network, has
been fixed so that news transmission that fails, for whatever reason,
results in the error messages and the article text being mailed to the
"uucp" mailbox.  There is reason to suspect we have been losing news
articles due to locking problems in news.
