newunix installed
Booted and installed the former /newunix.  Incorporates three mods:

	1. Minor internal cleanup in the Star Ring driver.
	2. Fix to the tty-speed-code-out-of-range bug.
	3. End-of-file checking in the card reader driver.

The last is the only item which should have a visible effect.  When
using /dev/cr, a card with $$EOF in the first five columns and the rest
blank will cause end-of-file.  If you don't want this, /dev/rcr ("raw
cr") behaves like the old /dev/cr, doing no end-of-file detection at all.
Credit here goes to Marcus, who did most of this.

Items #1 and #3 obviously will be a little difficult to test completely
until we return to 336 and connect everything up again.
