recycle-box mess
When you leave the recyled-paper box in a mess, SOMEBODY has to
straighten it up.  The Computer Systems staff are getting VERY
TICKED OFF at having to do this all the time just because some
users are inconsiderate slobs.  Putting notes on the box saying
things like "please be neat" doesn't seem to work.  If this keeps
up, I am going to be sorely tempted to start billing the people
responsible (both the people who start the mess and the ones who
thoughtlessly make it worse) for the time WE spend cleaning up
THEIR mess.
