acct(1) terminals
Modified acct(1) to know about the current terminal configuration.
This stupid thing should be fixed to remove this configuration dependency --
the information it needs can easily be provided by /etc/ttys.  Strictly
speaking, the problem goes deeper:  the class of terminal should be
recorded at login time, not at accounting-run time, because classes change.
