rogue scores
I've seen the output of "rogue -s" on a number of systems, and my
impression is that a typical top 10 has scores ranging from 2500
to 4500 or so.  Games past level 20 are quite rare.  I have never
heard of anyone finding the amulet, much less getting out alive.

I was killed by a xorn last night with a second xorn and a vampire
also whacking at me.  I also ran into a mimic once long ago in a
much earlier version of rogue.  But I've never hit a dragon or
a purple worm (though a bug in the dragon code has been reported
to me, suggesting that someone has seen a dragon.  The bug is that
when a dragon wakes up, he usually runs to the edge of the level
instead of for the gold like he's supposed to.)

My overall impression is that the top 10 file in the cwru output
is one of the highest, if not the highest, I have seen.  Don't
you guys do anything besides play rogue?
