Moving Documentation Discussions?
Subject: unix documentation discussions

I'd like to suggest that the discussions of Unix documentation and documentation
of programs that are normally distributed with Unix (since some might see Unix
as a collection of system calls, I'll make that distinction) move out of
unix-wizards and into, for example, human-nets. After all, one of the points
under discussion is whether understanding of what programs do is/should be
restricted to a small set of gurus.
