2.8bsd tty driver
Sounds like the login and stty we are distributing are out of date.
The ltchars structure used to have 9 fields - there were an
extra erase, kill, and intr character.  These were taken out since
lots of programs that thought they were turning off ctrl H really
weren't - turning off the one ctrl H left the second one still erasing.
All references to these three fields should be deleted - probably
by installing instead the 4.1bsd stty and login.
