	The version of news here adds new newsgroups on incoming articles
	to .ngfile, so I have to edit .ngfile and delete things like NET.blah.
	
Thanks for pointing this out - that article was posted by mailing to
netnews here, and the aliases file had not been updated.  I just fixed
it, and all future mail from Berkeley will hopefully be on lower case
newsgroups.  I also just changed BNET. groups to ucb. groups on ucbvax,
hopefully Matt will eventually update the other systems here.
(BNET is an extremely low volume group at the moment.)
