We have a version of /bin/mail (the distributed v7 mail program)
which sort of has the xsend/xget public key encryption scheme
integrated into it.  Anybody who wants it can have it, but
it is too large to mail out.

It will send mail via uucp.

It needs work on the general problem of enrolling.
