mac cross-assembler for 6800

Prompted by Ron Minnich's message about yaaa (mac), I've finally
transferred the sources to the Arpanet.  (If you don't know
what I'm talking about, see the unix-wizards messages from
a month or two ago).  They are sitting on MIT-MC as CPM;MAC *, where *
is DFILES.A, DOC.A, MAC.A, MACTAB.A, and MISC.A.

For those of you who aren't on the arpanet, try uucping from
mhtsa!~/mp/dfiles.a, mhtsa!~/mp/doc.a, etc.
