rc unmounts
Fixed up /etc/rc so that before doing filesystem checks it unmounts all
filesystems and purges the buffer cache.  This should eliminate the
occurrence of assorted curious messages when the system is restarted with
neither a reboot nor a backup done between shutdown and restart.
