Those persons using MS (the Mistress database system), please be advised
that a new version is about to be installed.  This will require conversion
of old databases, because a change has been made to the internal data
structures.  Please send mail to "ms" if you have any such databases;
the conversion will be handled quickly and painlessly, but it is necessary
to know where the databases are.
