offsite backup
The tapes from the last full backup (last Sunday) went home to Phyllis's
place instead of mine, since I was away.  Phyllis has expressed willingness
to continue this arrangement, and this sounds fine to me:  lugging half a
dozen tapes home in my backpack is a real pain, and the awkwardness of doing
this has been a serious inconvenience in maintaining our offsite backups
up-to-date in recent months.  So henceforth, Phyllis will pick up the
latest full backup tape set at her earliest convenience (probably Monday
unless she was the one doing backups) and bring back the previous set the
next day.
