Yes, there is.  We seem to be the only people around who have a copy,
and I considered making it available for distribution from here (I
think it originated at Harvard), but none of our 16bit machines are
on the net and you need a binary of the macro assembler in order to
recompile lisp (of course, the macro assembler is written in itself).
So, I would be willing to make tapes, if you send a return envelope
with the tape (already stamped, I ain't rich).  My Snail address is
